Community Guidelines

You may upload surf-related videos that:

• you own or have permission to upload;
• show surfing, waves, surf performance, or related surf activity;
• comply with local laws and beach rules;
• respect other surfers, beachgoers, and minors;
• do not contain prohibited content.

Do not upload or post:

• nudity, pornography, sexual content, or sexualized content involving minors;
• harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse;
• hate speech or discriminatory content;
• graphic violence, self-harm, or content encouraging self-harm;
• illegal activity, trespassing, vandalism, or reckless endangerment;
• unsafe stunts or content encouraging users to risk injury for a score;
• videos of people who did not consent, where consent is required;
• videos of minors without parent or guardian consent;
• copyrighted music, edits, clips, broadcasts, or other copyrighted material without permission;
• impersonation or misleading identity claims;
• spam, scams, malware, phishing, or attempts to manipulate the Service;
• attempts to cheat, fake, alter, or manipulate scores or leaderboards.

Users may report content or accounts through the Service or by emailing dingrepairsd@gmail.com.

Surf Score may remove content, remove scores, restrict leaderboard entries, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action at any time.

Repeat copyright infringers and users who endanger minors or other users may be permanently banned.

By uploading a video to Surf Score, you certify that:

• You own the video or have permission from the person who recorded it.
• You have permission from every identifiable person shown in the video, where required by law.
• If any minor appears in the video, you have permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian.
• The video does not contain copyrighted music, copyrighted footage, or other protected material unless you have permission or a legal right to use it.
• You understand that uploaded videos are public within Surf Score and may be visible to other app users.
• You understand that Surf Score will process the video to generate an entertainment-only surf score.
• You understand that the score is not official, may be inaccurate, and cannot be appealed.
• You understand that the video and score may appear on Surf Score leaderboards until the video is deleted or removed.
• You grant Surf Score the license described in the Terms of Service to host, display, process, score, store, thumbnail, transcode, and distribute the video within the Service.
• You agree not to upload unsafe, illegal, harassing, explicit, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Surf Score leaderboards are for entertainment and social comparison only. They are not official surf contest results and do not award money, prizes, sponsorships, rankings, titles, or official recognition.

Scores may be based on algorithmic analysis of surf videos, including factors such as wave height, turns, speed, style, ride length, difficulty, completion, and other scoring indicators. Scores may be affected by video quality, camera angle, lighting, device type, algorithm limitations, upload quality, and other factors.

Scores are final and are not subject to appeal. Surf Score is not required to manually review, adjust, or explain any score.

Leaderboard scores remain available while the associated video remains available, unless removed by Surf Score for moderation, technical, legal, or safety reasons. When a user removes a video, Surf Score intends to remove the associated leaderboard score from public display.

Surf Score may remove, hide, adjust, recalculate, invalidate, or restrict any score, video, account, or leaderboard entry at any time, including for suspected abuse, technical issues, rights complaints, safety concerns, legal reasons, or Terms violations.

Users may not manipulate the Service, upload deceptive content, misrepresent video ownership, use fake accounts, attempt to exploit scoring systems, or otherwise interfere with leaderboard integrity.
